Joe Morgan
Principal

Joe Morgan is a Principal in the technology practice at Montgomery & Co. Utilizing his background in investment banking and equity research, Mr. Morgan provides mergers and acquisition advisory, corporate finance and capital raising services to growth companies in the software and services sectors. He has a particular focus on software as a service and healthcare technology.

Prior to joining Montgomery & Co. in 2004, Mr. Morgan was a member of JPMorgan's Technology, Media and Telecom practice. Before JPMorgan, Joe was with Citigroup where he was part of an Institutional Investor ranked equity research team. He has been involved in over 30 public, private and cross-border transactions throughout his career.

Mr. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley where he was a varsity member and team captain of Cal's nationally ranked swim team.
